Our state-of-the-art factory spans over one acre and is strategically located in the Government Industrial Zone on Pallavi Kalladi Road, Puttalam. This well-established zone is situated next to the INSEE Cement Factory, providing excellent industrial infrastructure and connectivity for efficient production and distribution.

Advanced Manufacturing with Uncompromised Quality

We use state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture our bricks and masonry mortar mix, operated by highly skilled technical staff. Every step of the production process is carefully monitored to maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring that each brick produced meets superior quality benchmarks.

Our hydraulic fly ash brick pressing machines apply significant pressure, typically ranging from 60 to 150 tons. This equates to approximately 3 to 10 tons per square inch (TSI), depending on the mold size—ensuring bricks are dense, strong, and durable.

To further enhance quality, all bricks are methodically water-cured for 21 consecutive days, resulting in high strength, long-lasting performance, and resistance to environmental wear.

Safe and Ready for Use

Our bricks are secuely transported on pallets and wrapped in polythene to prevent damage during transportation. This ensures they arrive at your site in excellent condition and are ready to use immediately.
